Lysa TerKeurst
Lysa TerKeurst is an award-winning author and gifted
speaker who inspires and motivates others as God uses her mightily
to stir hearts, challenge minds, and change lives.
As president of Proverbs
31 Ministries, she addresses audiences on a variety of Christian
living topics at retreats, conferences, and seminars across
the country. TerKeurst’s most popular message continues to be
her dramatic personal testimony, which offers hope to all who
feel defeated as a result of their human failings. Together,
she and her husband, Art, conduct marriage seminars and retreats

and co-author Sharon Jaynes invite women to discover seven vital
principles for restoring balance to their busy days. Encouragement

Living out a passion for Christian outreach, Lysa and her husband
recently adopted two boys from Africa and one from Belarus,
Russia. With three daughters and now three sons, they affectionately
refer to themselves as the international Brady Brunch. The TerKeursts
make their home in North Carolina.
