Personal information (such as name, address, e-mail address)
that you entrust to Growthtrac will never be shared with
any third party without your explicit permission to do so.
We will only send Growthtrac e-mail to those who have requested
such e-mail through our opt-in process. We honor all removal
requests —You may un-subscribe at any time.
From time to time, Growthtrac may send you e-mail announcements
from selected advertisers and affiliates. Sending you occasional
advertising and announcements is necessary for us to continue
providing our rich content. We do try to limit the amount of
advertising you receive.

We appreciate you subscribing to our list and sharing your information
with us. We will not abuse that privilege.
Who We Send E-mail To
Subscribing to our list is a two step process. Growthtrac will
only send promotional email to our constituents who have [1]
opted-in to our e-mail list (to "opt-in" means you
have checked,or have not un-checked, the box giving us permission
to send you e-mail and [2] you have responded affirmatively
to our Confirmation message. See Verified Permission,
below.

you subscribe on our discussion boards, Growthtrac Community,
we subscribe you automatically. This policy is stated
clearly on our registration page. You may choose to opt-out

we will subscribe someone based on an existing relationship
with Growthtrac. |
NOTE If you subscribe while using our Tell-a-Friend or e-Card
features, rest assured we never add your friend's email address
to our list. Your friend's email address will be discarded.
We will only use your email address.
Verified Permission
After you've subscribed, we'll send you an automated confirmation
email. Please watch for it. This extra step is to protect your
privacy and to verify that is was you who subscribed.
What We E-mail
If you have subscribed to our list, at the beginning of each
month you will receive Growthtrac e-News. Growthtrac e-News
is a brief announcement describing our latest features, content
and promotions.
At some of our opt-in locations (listed above) you have the
opportunity to specify that you are a "church leader".
If you do so, we will also send you occasional marriage ministry
information. Generally, these messages contain information related
to church resources and Growthtrac marriage seminars.
Typically, we maintain a monthly mailing schedule. However,
if we need to communicate new, time-sensitive information that
we feel is of high value to you, we may e-mail to you more frequently.
We take decisions related to mailing frequency seriously —
we always send messages in moderation and we will never send
you irrelevant or inappropriate email.
Un-subscribing & Making Changes
While we encourage you to remain on the e-News list, you may
at any time choose to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, click
here. Or, follow the instructions included in the
message we send you. Your request will be processed immediately
— you will be removed from our list and you will not receive
future messages from us.

How We E-mail
Our messages are delivered in a multi-mime format. This means
if your email program is capable of viewing HTML, the message
will display in HTML. If not, you will see our message in text
format. For maximum control and security, we maintain our e-mail
list in-house.
