Jim Mueller is the co-founder of the non-profit marriage
organization, Growthtrac Ministries and the online resources:
growthtrac.com and growthtracradio.com
Jim and his wife Sheri, are certified marriage mentors, marriage
enrichment event teachers, ministry consultants and published
authors, including Jim's contribution to Dr. Les Parrott's
book, The Complete Guide to Marriage Mentoring and
publication in Marriage Partnership magazine.
Jim and Sheri have served at their church for over ten years
as pre-marriage mentors where they developed the evangelism
component of their church's mentor training program and have
taught and coached other marriage mentors and churches. Prior
to the Growthtrac launch, Jim accumulated over twenty-years
marketplace experience in business consulting.
Married over thirty years, Jim and his wife Sheri have conducted
marriage conferences in cities across the country and have
committed their ministry to equipping and encouraging America's
couples and churches to building healthy, biblical marriages.
The Muellers live outside Chicago, and are the parents of
two married daughters.
 Duane
Careb has served as Growthtrac's Events Director since it's
inception in 2001. Duane produces Growthtrac's marriage seminars,
is one of our church Marriage Ministry consultants and speaks
at Growthtrac's marriage events along with his wife (Erika)
and Jim & Sheri Mueller (Growthtrac's founders).
A veteran volunteer in his church's marriage ministry program
for more than 14 years, Duane is an active pre-marriage mentor
and creator of courses for his church's pre-marriage & marriage
mentor training programs. Duane's passion for training is demonstrated
through the excellence in his course development, speaking,
and teaching at churches and Christian organizations.
A retired entrepreneur, Duane brings 30 years of management,
marketing and training expertise to Growthtrac's coaching projects.
Duane is a Growthtrac staff writer. He has published several
articles, appearing on Growthtrac.com and other venues. He and
his wife live in Illinois.
 Mark
Bennardo has been an integral part of the Growthtrac team
since 2002. He serves as a consultant, editor, staff writer
and board member.
Mark is no stranger to marriage ministry. He has served in marriage
ministry for many years, including helping his church revamp,
recreate and expand their marriage enrichment/pre-marriage program
to make it more interactive, engaging and impactful. Mark's
wife, Tammy, has also served in marriage ministry as a wedding
ceremony coordinator for the last 15 years.
Mark has served many organizations as a consultant, creative
director and producer since 1985 and currently runs his own
creative communication business. He brings a fresh approach
to problem solving, strategic development and creative exploration.
Mark has aided numerous organizations, large and small, with
his inspired brand of communication, project management and
group interaction skills. Clients have included: World Vision,
Outreach Inc., Accenture, Harbinger Communications, Grant Thornton,
Schering Plough and the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Mark is a popular seminar speaker, bringing his unique blend
of passion, humor, interaction and insight to training and development
settings.
