Mike,
I've just come across this forum thread today (May 16, 2008). I realize it's been nearly a year since your first post, and more than 6 months since your last post, so I sincerely hope you still come here to this board.
Could you possibly give us an update? I'm going through the beginning of an incredibly similar situation in my marriage, with the exception that we've only been married for 4 years and we have no kids.
Thank you for sharing, EVERYONE! Truly, this has given me peace in knowing that my situation is NOT terribly unique and that there are other men who have done/are doing the same thing I am right now: re-establishing my walk with my Lord.
