Prayer for my husband

HI..

I'd like to request a prayer for Dave. He is working as a contractor. The job he was told about was supposed to be some labor and some computer testing. He has many years of computer training 70% hardware and 30% software. The job he got was packaging up computer for shipment. Very little thinking. He is a very smart man in the computer field.

His old group of workers are all being transferred to another dept. A dept. he knows very well. The workers there are putting in a request to have him transferred there. I'm not sure if the salary is an increase, but one would have to think so. Just for his peace of mind and the feeling of doing something useful.

I of course know that GOD will put him where he is needed. I ask GOD to give him a position where he feels worthy and wants to go to work everyday. He is working while I attend school this Sept. I keep praying GOD will keep him happy until I pass school and get a job as a Nurse. I don't want the everyday pressures, money, etc. to get in the way of our plan. AND I don't want us to resort to any type of quarreling. We don't fight as it is. But with the stress of no money and a horrible job for him..... makes me wonder.

Tshe old saying that God opens another door when one is closed, I feel is so true-So I pray for you and your husband that the right job will be there for him. My daughter was (down-sized) out of a great job a week before Christmas-2 months later she had an even better job offer. It was a hard time for her, but she is a strong Christian. So hang in there and good luck with your classes this fall. Your empathty shows thru in your posts. Thank you Jo-jo

HI..

I just got an email from Dave. The manager at the dept he wants to join, sent him an email requesting to talk to him.

That is all I know...

I have been praying all day for him.....

I'll send an update if I hear anything more......
