Pray for the release of strongholds

I am so burdened and heart-broken by my sisters break down.

My older sister who is in her early 30's has 5 kids 4 boys including one set of twins and a 14 yr old daughter. She came from an unstable childhood with aabsent father and emotionally and possibly mentally unstable mother. She start having babies at 15. She had no support and dropped out of middle school. Mother moved her out of state and start a lifestyle of separting herself from family and friends.
She has lived away from us family for at least 13 or 14 years when she was just 15. No further education, no support just fail in to life traps and got involved in abusive and unhealthy relationships had more babies all while being alone (except unstable mother)with no postive people in her life.

She basically had a emotionally/ mentally charged break down. Last year all the boys were taken away and the girl has been living with any family she can for the past 3 years now. They have been through so much it pains me. They have been with our sister so they are in the family, but in a entirly different state. The little one is 5 and was a moma's boy all are acting out, but he is hurt the most. The courts gave her different options on getting them back she just seems unresponsive. She stay in apartment with our mom and shes literally been in the bedroom (mostly sleep) for this whole year(2006). Occasionally they say she gets up to shower and walk to the store to get ciggarattes (no cry doesn't know how to drive).
I'm in texas she is in ky not much I can do physically for her I pray I try to call and encourage, but she is so mentally fragile you cant even talk to her. It's like some days she seems ok, but other days she seems like she is suffering from something. My mother did try to take her to get evaluated they said she had lesuires on her brain, but no insurance and no motivation to get help anyother way. I tell them about the promises of God. She says she prays. This hard its I know something has got to give, but she cant get out of this slump. I do believe she needs mental help, but she wont do it herself and refuses when others offer different ways of help. I pray for the release of her mind, soul, spirit, and body. I pray for any demonic assignment on her life in the name of Jesus.

Lord, I lift this woman up to you as you alone know what troubles her mentally and physically. You are the great healer and we know you are more than capable of lifting her up with your strength and showing her the direction she needs toward wholeness. Lord, I also lift her children up to you for their safety and peace while away from their mother.

I can relate, I have an older sister that has been through and still is going through alot.
