The Lord works in mysterious ways.... With the whole unveiling of the book of Judas, I've been able to talk about "forbidden religion" with my Hubby. Well.....we talked alot this afternoon. We read a few things about other religions, and I explained alot of what I believed. (He asked a few questions.) I also read a few parts of the Bible to him. Then we watched some show about the antichrist. Which led to my hubby getting gas. I know, this seems like a strange progression. Anyway, he had a horribly uspet tummy for an hour or 2. I got tired of him complaining, so I put my hand on his belly and said a quick prayer outloud for him. (I've never prayed outloud before, so it was a special occassion.) Then I come in here to look at my email. About 10 minutes go by and my hubby comes in and ask me what I did. He feels fine now. Laughing I told him I didn't do anything, ask God. What a funny and simple way for God to demonstrate His power!

That's rather funny, actually.

What I discovered about my husband when he would ask questions is, I would answer what I could and try not appear like a no-it-all. Then if I really didn't know something, I would tell him so and offer to look it up or talk to someone with more knowledge of the bible than I have.
