The book Sacred Marriage, by Gary Thomas, is a fantastic way to gain wisdom on learning how to grow spiritually using your marriage as a "training gym" for your spirit.
We are currently using the book for a small group study in our church and couples that are married from 5 months to 11 years are in attendance and saying great things about the information. As a side note, my mother has been married 30 some years recently read the book and raved about it as well.
Gary Thomas was recently featured on Focus on the Family and was praised by Dr. Dobson for this most recent book...I highly recommend it.

| I have read the book and found it to be a little "dry" at times, although the content itself is fabulous. Perhaps a small group study brings additional life to it. On its own, it took me while to get through it. |
