Hi...
It's been a while since I've been here, but I could really use some prayer now.

My husband informed me last night during a counseling session that he is leaving. There are no definite plans as far as who is living where and when, but he was pretty clear that he does not want to continue in the relationship.

Today was very tough for me, I stayed home from work and talked to friends, and prayed to get through it. I'm devestated, and heart broken. Things in general have been going really good between him and me. We were talking and laughing, and our financial situation was finally getting cleared up. But, I asked for us to move forward and back into the realm of hugging and holding hands, and he decided he doesn't want to work on that, and doesn't want that kind of relationship with me.

Although my husband desperately needs prayer, to seek God, and have Christ in his life... right now I need prayer that I would have God's strength, courage, and wisdom in getting through this.

I never thought I could feel as low as I did when he first told me he wanted to leave, but I think it's worse this time, because I really saw hope, and saw all the amazing things God has done.

Thanks for your prayers.

(sorry if this is a duplicate message)

I will be praying for you. My heart breaks for you, but I know our God is good and faithful.

My mom has gone through this exact issue so many times in her marriage, my encouragement to you is what I witness her do, be faithful to your husband while is at home. Serve him, love him, pray for him, be faithful to him, and allow God to be your strength. God has a plan for you, but when you are obiedient to Him, there is no greater satisfaction! My mom did this with a husband who demanded for her to leave, telling her and myself, that he didn't love her, he didn't care what happened but it was over, no turning back. Man, did God have something different. God used my mom's faithfullness to witness to her husband, without words, and also to be a testiment to other wives facing the same issue. What an encouragement she was to me, what a model she was of Christ. I hope you take to heart Christ's call for you, and live it, despite adversity. Find joy, that only He himself can bring, no matter what the outcome, you can say, I WAS FAITHFUL TO THE LORD, no greater satisfaction will ever come than being faithful. Be blessed and have joy, Phillippians 4:4-9
