you see i work for a nursing home which claims to be a christian facility, however it does everything in an unorthodox manor to make me believe otherwise. they play the employees dirty. they do exactly what they want to do no matter who or what they hurt. to me just like life it's not fair. and i was just really curious if anyone had the real meaning of what a christian facility is suppossed to be lke and if there really is such a place.

We can all fall short - unfortunately.
A Christian facility - one that treats people like Jesus would with love, peace, patience, kindness, joy, self-control.
People may call themselves Christians and many do, but they have never discovered what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Calling yourself a Christian and becoming one are two different things. |

Trish
I think we all have an idea of what a Christian
workplace is supposed to look like, but the reality is
that a Christian workplace is still filled with imperfect
people.
I've heard Church employees talk about politics
and challenges similar to the marketplace.
I think whenever you're exposed to the underbelly of
an organization -- Christian or otherwise --
there can be disappointment.
What's important is that you set an example by working
ethically, displaying Christ's love & character. |
