First, turn your computer speakers down to about medium-low, unless you're fond of having your ears plastered back against the sides of your head...

then, type your first name dot
then your last name dot

So, my friend Bob Smith would type:

If you do this & get a black screen, you're in the right place. You might need to wait a few moments for it to start up.
